Breakfast session on decarbonization and energy solutions

The NIRAS SPARK Event on October 13 will cover opportunities for heat recovery, energy storage and other smart energy solutions. This interactive, well-organized breakfast session will address the increasingly limited capacity available on the electricity grid.

Electrification, decarbonization and other energy strategies are more than technical challenges. They are directly linked to the continuity and future of food production.

How can you put heat and energy that currently go to waste back to use? How can you reduce peak demand, for example by optimizing operations or making processes more efficient? How can you maintain or even expand your production capacity without relying entirely on additional capacity on the electricity grid? What should inform policy and investment decisions?

Using a practical example from Nestlé, the event will provide insight into opportunities for heat recovery. Eneco will join the discussion to share its experience and insights on energy storage and energy strategy. HEINEKEN will also be there to answer questions about its global Net Zero project.
