VSD Food Machinery has announced a strategic partnership with chemical distributor Vivochem and water treatment company Ferr-Tech. The goal of this collaboration is to integrate FerSol, an innovative and sustainable cleaning solution, into the machinery that VSD supplies to the food industry. This marks an important step towards a more sustainable and efficient future for the sector.
FerSol is a revolutionary cleaning agent developed by Ferr-Tech and distributed by Vivochem. The product is seen as a response to the growing demand for sustainable solutions in the food industry. FerSol is especially valued for its ability to thoroughly clean food machinery without the use of harmful chemicals such as chlorine. In addition to reducing sludge buildup, the solution also prevents blockages, allowing machines to perform better and last longer.
The partnership with Vivochem and Ferr-Tech enables VSD Food Machinery to integrate FerSol into the Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems of various machines, including smokehouses and injection machines used in the production of meat and fish products. FerSol contributes to food safety by removing odours and tar residues from machines. This not only maintains the quality of smoked products but also minimizes the buildup of residues that can cause production disruptions.
