During the Empack, Repak did not just show how good they are at packaging, they pulled out all the stops. The new HMI was introduced in Den Bosch. The HMI, displayed at the fair on the RE thermoformer, is easy to operate and intuitive for all smartphone users. This brings Repak's machines another step closer to the goal of zero-downtime. Tailor-made training ensures operators and technical service staff are quickly familiar with these packaging solutions and reliability remains high. During Empack, there was a demonstration with the live packing of stroopwafels; a biscuit that symbolises Repak's Dutch roots.
