HAS green academy is organising the Plant proteins workshop for the first time on Thursday 24 November 2022. The reason for this is the increasing demand from both the food industry and consumers for products containing vegetable proteins.
HAS green academy does practical research into the protein transition and does this among other things as a partner in the Green Protein Alliance and from the lectureship "Protein transition in food" of Dr. iIr. Renske Janssen. Knowledge has been collected and developed by the lectorate and will be shared during the workshop. The Vegetable Proteins workshop is of interest to anyone dealing with the increasing demand for vegetable proteins in products, such as product developers, category managers, nutritionists and marketers.
