The new K + G Wetter mixing wolf enables "dead space-free" mixing and a homogeneous mixing result.
The machines from K + G Wetter are convincing because of their application-oriented and technically advanced solutions. In the construction of the U 200 mixer, the mixing section and the grinding section are completely separated from each other. This process is officially patented by the German Patent and Trademark Office.
With two individually adjustable mixing paddles, a gentle and very intensive mixing process is achieved, which is otherwise only possible with a mixing machine. Higher process reliability is achieved and there is no contamination of the material through handling, intermediate storage or reloading.
The mixing process is particularly gentle and intensive. The transfer to the worm takes place via a feedworm specially developed for this mixer wolf. This means that even fragile raw materials can be processed without any problems. The mixer wolf U 200 from K + G Wetter is suitable for several applications, especially when it comes to excellent and uniform mixing results. The mixer U 200 shows its strengths especially in standardized applications such as hamburgers, raw sausage products, kebabs, etc.
The reproducibility of the results can be ensured by querying the CutControl (recipe management software) by stored mixing processes in the menu.
A rotating touch screen enables flexible and intuitive operation of the machine. Like all K + G Wetter machines, the U 200 mixer wolf impresses with its flexibility: It can be optionally equipped with, for example, water dosing and CO2 cooling and can thus be used for several individual requirements. The closed mixing hopper can now even allow applications that were previously excluded from mixing, e.g. no loss when adding liquid ingredients or massaging muscle meat with brine.
