Disinfection from a distance is possible (see also Dutch Food Industry Journal - June 2017). The Nocofix, which can hold a 20-litre can, is mounted to the wall. Using a timer, you set the time that you want the disinfection to begin, e.g. at 2.00 am. The Nocofix distributes the disinfecting fluid Nocolyse via a dry mist in the space. The mist safely and effectively covers the entire space, from the ceiling to the floor and everything in between, including the evaporators and machinery. The next morning, everything is completely disinfected and ready to be used. Simpel Desinfecteren (Simple Disinfection) has already sold its first 10 systems.
