Together with employees, the main contractor, architect, relations, customers and other stakeholders, Tim Hage, director MULTIVAC Netherlands, opened the completely renovated building in Woerden on Friday 2 December 2022. A building with a sustainable look-and-feel. A building where customer contact, product experience and hybrid working are central. An eye-catcher that everyone is proud of at MULTIVAC.
Tim Hage emphasises that in these times of rapid sustainable change, but also in the field of food safety, you must continue to properly serve existing relations and new customers: "This makeover fits exactly with our philosophy of completely unburdening the customer. It is increasingly common for MULTIVAC to be the supplier of the machine including service/maintenance and packaging materials such as foil and labels. The end customer therefore has only one contact person for all of this, so that the production process is fully under control and can be carried out efficiently. Our new showroom in combination with the presentation area only reinforces this. The showroom also provides space for training courses. For operating personnel, for instance. And thanks to our modern means of communication, complete with high-definition picture and sound, we no longer always have to travel for consultations or customer meetings. Communicating remotely, but still close by."
He continues: "Here in Woerden, there are now many more machines on display. We can now visualise and demonstrate custom-made solutions even better. After all, no packaging, processing, labelling and quality control solution is the same.
Under the motto 'before, between and after', the makeover was deliberately visualised and recorded for the future. Tim Hage: "Our new office building is ready for the future. I always say: the staff are the assets, and the customer is key. MULTIVAC 4.0 is ready to go. We are ready 24/7."
