End of cold calls in sight

  • 19 February 2021

Without explicit permission, you will soon be prohibited from calling natural persons and therefore also from calling sole proprietors, partnerships and corporations. On February 9, 2021, the Senate approved "this bill to amend the Telecommunications Act. For telemarketing this means that the current opt-out system will be replaced by an opt-in system. Or in other words, Depending on your business model this can have a huge impact.

How to reach your market?

The doors to most trade shows will also remain closed for the time being. In the meantime, work continues. Current assignments are being completed, but visiting (new) customers remains difficult. The growth of new orders is (partly because of this) far too low, so I hear more and more. And then you won't be allowed to make cold calls anymore either!

Don't panic, this law is expected to enter into force in the course of 2022. Until then you have the opportunity to build a relationship with potential new customers. In this way you can avoid problems in the future and stay ahead of the competition.

Get in touch with the market now! Don't wait until it's too late!

Print is happening

I am happy that I can still deliver a professional magazine to the market uninvited. And that's not going to change for a while. Online, it is becoming increasingly difficult to stand out. Google is also no longer cooperating. Soon, communication through the letterbox will be the only way to reach new customers with all those online restrictions.

Print is alive and well!
