Following its culinary campaign in Germany, the VanDrie Group is treating visitors to the Grüne Woche to a veal breakfast.
German consumers place high demands on their food and demand products that are produced with respect for people, animals and the environment. Veal from the VanDrie Group is a suitable product for this consumer demand. In addition to sustainability aspects, the VanDrie Group's campaign in Germany focuses on the versatility of veal. By offering recipes developed in-house and special preparation methods, less traditional cuts of meat are in the spotlight.
This is in line with the VanDrie Group's commitment to using everything from the calf, including lesser-known parts. The German share of the VanDrie Group's sales has grown in recent years. In keeping with this campaign, the VanDrie Group will be serving dry-aged veal canapé to visitors at the fair.
