DNA Services acquires customers from OMNIS-it

DNA Services has acquired a portion of the clients from OMNIS-it in Nieuw-Lekkerland. This agreement has been reached between the two IT companies. The acquired client portfolio includes various leading businesses such as the meat wholesale and family-owned company De Waal Vers from Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht and EgroService Terreinbeveiliging from Alblasserdam.

With this acquisition, DNA Services accelerates its growth and activities in the field of IT management and support. Existing contracts will be continued, ensuring the uninterrupted provision of services to clients. Additionally, customers can benefit from extra support in IT management, particularly in the area of cybersecurity.

DNA Services boasts an experienced team of professionals providing support in the software domain. The company delivers standard ERP software, including 'Uniconta' and 'FreshERP,' and also develops custom (web) applications. This transaction expands DNA Services' clientele even further in the Drechtsteden region.
