At Braas Brood- en Banketbakkerij b.v., bread and pastries are produced in a precise and very modern way. Here, automation and robotisation are used to a great extent.
Braas aims to continuously improve the company processes in order to continue to meet the high customer demands and to reduce the operational costs. This of course requires appropriate automation for the support of the processes in the bakery. To realise this, Braas has chosen the automation system FOBIS® of RBK Group. The highest priority for Braas is the optimisation of the management of the stock of raw materials, auxiliary materials, semi-finished products and finished products with the aim of a reliable and up-to-date overview of the stock. To guarantee the highest product quality, delivery based on the correct THT is essential. The new FOBIS® system will also ensure a comprehensive flow of goods and traceability, which can be easily displayed in graphical form.
Commercial director Brian Braas of Braas Brood- en Banketbakkerij BV is pleased with this step and wants to prepare the bakery even more for the future. Matthijs van Hattem, Sales Consultant RBK, "We are proud that we can use our expertise in the bakeries now also at Braas. In the meantime we have taken the first steps within the project, whereby the joint enthusiasm and the pro-activity already provide a stable basis for a successful project.
Due to the great flexibility of the FOBIS® system of RBK, Braas can optimally connect to the client's wishes and is ready for the future!
