Bolscher is going to make vegetarian products

Bolscher Meer Dan Vlees will also produce vegetarian and vegan products. The company building will be renovated to make this possible. Bolscher: "In principle, it makes little difference to us whether we process meat or whether we make meat substitutes or vegan products. As long as what we produce is tasty".

In order to set up the new range, a lot has to change internally. That's why the entire company building is also being rebuilt. "Animal and vegetarian proteins must be kept strictly separated, not only during production but also, for example, during routing in the company. The consumer must be 100% confident that vegetarian products do not contain traces of animal produce," says Bolscher.
