Simpel Desinfecteren delivers an automated disinfection system. Customers who already use the mobile machines will experience that the system is very effective and extremely user friendly. The fixed wall model now gets a foothold in new or refurbished buildings.
The system (a machine) turns a liquid based on hydrogen peroxide into a dry vapour. This vapour consists of 'superoxides' through which all microorganisms are eliminated. No residue is left behind and there is no need for rinsing. Simpel Disinfecteren supplies 3 types of machines: the Nocospray is portable and small and is used to disinfect spaces with a capacity of up to 1,000 m³; the Nocomax is mobile and large and disinfects larger spaces, up to 20,000 m³. Finally, the Nocomax WM is a fixed stainless steel cabinet that is hung in the room to be disinfected and disinfects up to 20,000 m³.
"We are regularly involved in construction or renovation plans", tell Hugo ter Hoeve of Simple Disinfection. "We advise the client on the number of machines needed, the place of installation, how to install and of course the price, so that the Nocomax WM can be included in the budget. On the drawings we determine the right places to hang the Nocomax WM. The right location is essential, because it determines whether the dry vapour can develop properly. The cabinet is easy to install by your own TD or the construction company".
The cabinet with the Nocomax WM houses the electronics and the liquid (Nocolyse Food) in a 20 litre can. Everything else works automatically. The desired start time of disinfection (usually at night) and the contents of the room are set once. The only thing that has to be done manually is to make sure that there is enough liquid in the can. A warning system is built in for this as well. The machine then does the rest: every night the production space is completely filled with the dry vapour. Hugo: "It's an ideal solution to keep a new production area really clean and to prevent microbiological outgrowth. Automated, so no more errors. That gives assurance in the operational management".
