After the success last year with the very first plant-based fish burger, which was flooded with prizes. SoFine launched a new product: SoFish Fillets Salmon Style. The producer has been working for months on a development project to make the plant-based salmon fillet as tasty as possible.

The product is 100% vegetable so suitable for everyone to eat. With this alternative, SoFine hopes to convince people to let the fish from the sea stay in the sea.
