They’ve got it: the keys to their brand-new premises on De Amert in Veghel. NutriControl, the go-to lab for food analysis and food safety for over 50 years, is about to take a major step forward. Growth, innovation, momentum.
The new site covers roughly 5,400 square meters. Big enough to double its analysis capacity. In practice, that means faster turnaround times, more targeted advice, and even greater precision when it comes to quality assurance, product development, and food safety. And there’s space, space for innovation, for instance. Like advancing techniques such as NIR and cutting-edge microbiological methods. These now quite literally have room to grow.
The building was designed with a future-ready mindset. Heat pumps, solar panels, advanced air systems, it’s fully geared for the years ahead. That aligns seamlessly with what many of NutriControl’s clients are asking for: sustainable links in the food supply chain are more important than ever.
The construction is complete. But there’s still work to be done before the lab is fully up and running: setting up, testing systems, and relocating step by step. If all goes according to plan, NutriControl will be partially operational by mid-Q3. Until then, the current lab remains fully active. No need for clients to worry, a dedicated relocation page keeps them informed about what’s changing. And what’s not.
This move isn’t just a logistical upgrade, it’s a strategic leap. NutriControl is strengthening its position as an analytical knowledge centre and growing alongside the sector. With more room, modern technologies, and a strong focus on sustainability, the lab remains a trusted partner for producers in both the food and animal feed industries.
