Verbufa & Moulin-Debaillie are now called: Handtmann

Since its acquisition in April 2021, Verbufa is officially part of the Handtmann Group. From 1 February 2023, Moulin-Debaillie (Verbufa's agent for Belgium and Luxembourg) is also fully integrated, with both companies continuing together under the name Handtmann Benelux B.V.

The company, led by Managing Director Marc Fortuin, sees the name change and integration of Moulin-Debaillie as a logical next step, increasing the synergy of the various companies within the Handtmann Group. "The name change offers many advantages, we strengthen our positioning in the Benelux and complete the full integration with this step. The head office in Amersfoort and the branch in Kuurne (Belgium) will remain active, so in fact only the names Verbufa & Moulin-Debaillie will disappear from the facades. The Belgian branch will remain under the management of Christ Moulin."

Cooperation existing partners

Besides Handtmann, we will continue to represent the leading brands Baader, Fessmann, Garos, Glass, Inotec and Laska. Verbufa forming and dispensing machines will continue under the Handtmann label. In addition, Handtmann Benelux will continue to provide technical and technological support and provide training for customers.
